Bruce Kratky - staff since 2009 |
Before joining us in Buffalo, Bruce was with Timber Bay in Maple Grove. Bruce brings a comforting calmness. He is full of stories and wisdom and is also up for an adventure of camping, building a canoe, even slack-lining with students! Bruce currently spends his free time chasing around his adorable granddaughter, avidly biking, and dreaming of owning a sailboat. If you sit down with Bruce for 2 minutes you will know that he is willing to share about his life and ready to hear about what is going on in yours. His authenticity while being fun and caring draws kids to him. Bruce continues to mentor his boys in Maple Grove while building relationships with students in Buffalo. We are so excited to have Bruce join us and the balance he brings to the team. |
Leah Freichels - staff since 2011

Leah is such a wonderful part of our team in Buffalo. She adds so much wisdom and perspective to every situation that we encounter at Timber Bay. She has been part of our team as a volunteer for 4 years and now as a staff member, she is vital to many of the things that we are able to do.
She leads middle school after-school activities and camps as well as works with senior high boys and girls. She is involved in planning camps, weekly large group events, and small group activities. She is so proactive and always looking for more ways to make a positive impact in the lives of the people she meets. We are proud of Leah and who she is and what she brings to Buffalo.

Olivia Whitaker- staff since 2013

Olivia has joined the team in Buffalo at such a great time. She volunteered a few summers helping with our younger boys and girls camp. The relationships that began years ago with girls that were in 4th grade are continuing today as the girls have grown up!
Olivia has a history of reaching out to people around her in need. Her ability to truly care about what is going on in other people's lives is evident in how she lives. She is proactive in pursuing relationships with kids and is loved by the girls that she mentors.
